Yoga for me is more than a profession; it's a lifestyle I've embraced for over 5 years, driven by the constant pursuit of a fuller and happier life 💖💫
My career started as a business administrator in La Fortuna de San Carlos (my hometown) until I was led to this new reality. Here, I've delved into the countless benefits of yoga practice, along with other movement-involved disciplines like pole dance, sound healing, and mindfulness (because everything is movement). Since then, I haven't stopped living and breathing yoga every day of the week, without exception.
The change in my profile (although I'll maintain my personal profile, now ) reflects my growing dedication to what I love most: practicing and teaching movement and healing through it 🧘
