They say timing is everything—and we believe it. 💫
Almost one year ago, Adrienne and Erin set out to build the studio they had always dreamed of. What started as a vision between two friends quickly turned into a full-on mission—driven by heart, hustle, and a shared belief in the power of movement and community.

In just six months since opening our doors, Aleō has become more than a fitness space—it’s become a place to sweat, connect, dance, laugh, and feel truly at home. 💛

And now, we’re stepping into our next chapter...

We’re beyond thrilled to officially announce that our dear friend and longtime Aleō family member, Jessie Alegría, will be stepping into ownership of Aleō Studio starting today, July 1! 🎉

Jessie’s heart, vision, and deep experience in both fitness and business make her the perfect person to carry Aleō forward. You’ll still find Erin and Adrienne where you always have—teaching, supporting, and making sure Aleō runs with the same warmth and energy you know and love.

✨ All current class packs and memberships remain 100% valid and unchanged—your spot in the Aleō family is safe and sound. ✨

This is a celebration of trust, timing, and the beauty of what happens when women build something together. We’re so proud of this evolution—and even more excited for what’s ahead.
