I’ve never believed that healing work is something you finish learning.
The world keeps changing, science keeps evolving, and so do we. It wouldn’t feel honest for me to stay the same.
So I read. I observe. I sit with questions that don’t always have immediate answers. I let new perspectives stretch the way I understand the body, the nervous system, and what it really means to hold space for another human being.
Staying curious keeps the work alive. And it keeps me humble. I don’t think knowledge on its own is enough, it has to be felt, integrated, lived.
