with no screens, no responsibilities, no output, no noise beyond nature
to deeply listen
to the whisper of your Soul
to nourish your body
like it’s the only thing that matters
to consciously connect with your breath
and become a vessel for miracles
to connect with other women
who expand and elevate you
and to co-create a sacred space
where dreams manifest into existence

Three years. Seventeen retreats. More than 100 men.

What started as curiosity became one of the most transformative experiences of my life.

I immersed myself in men’s development work, studying masculine archetypes, developmental stages, and creating spaces where men could connect more deeply with themselves and one another.

What I witnessed challenged many assumptions women have.

I saw men cry.
I saw men grieve.
I saw men wrestle with purpose, father wounds, addiction, intimacy, and the pressure of who they believed they had to be.

And in the process,

I developed a deeper compassion for men.
I healed parts of myself that had learned to self-protect.
I cultivated a healthier relationship with my own inner masculine.

This is what I wish for every woman.

To understand the men in her life with greater compassion.
To deepen her discernment.
To soften without self-abandonment.
To receive without losing herself.

For our partners.
For our fathers.
For our brothers.
For our sons.

Because I believe that when we transform our relationship with the masculine, we transform the way we lead, love, and relate.

And perhaps, that is one of the pathways back to sacred union.

This is part of the work we will be exploring at Magnetica, my women’s retreat in Costa Rica.
