AYURVEDIC SOLAR INFUSION FOR HUMID SEASON 🌿
As the rainy season begins here in Guanacaste, Ayurveda teaches that excess heat + humidity can weaken digestion, increase inflammation, create heaviness, and lead to skin flare-ups or fatigue.
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cup dried hibiscus
•.Tiny pinch dried neem
• Small amount dried rosemary
16 oz hot water + 16 oz room temp filtered water
Infused in sunlight for 5 hours

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Add herbs to a 32 oz glass jar
2. Pour in hot water, then cool filtered water
3. Cover + place in sunlight for 5 hours
