A bill that would grant year-long visas to “digital nomads” is working its way through the Costa Rican legislature!
If approved, remote workers could obtain a permit to stay for one year in Costa Rica, extendable for one additional year, open bank accounts and drive in Costa Rica using their current license.

Who doesn’t love the sluggish, tree-dwelling sloth?!

Native to Central and South America, these lovable mammals spend their lives in the tropical rain forests. They move through the canopy at a rate of about 40 yards per day, munching on leaves, twigs and buds.

Sloths spend 15 to 20 hours per day sleeping. And surprisingly enough, the long-armed animals are excellent swimmers. They occasionally drop from their treetop perches into water for a paddle.

You can spot a sloth nearly anywhere in Costa Rica - just look up! They only leave trees about once a week to 💩

An electric jet ski?!?

Check out the Narke GT95, the world’s first electric jet ski created with serial production in mind. With a range of 2 hours, the GT95 can hit speeds up to 34 mph, and when the batteries are depleted, they can charge back up to 80% in less than 2 hours with the quick charge option.

As for its design, it comes with a carbon fiber hull that has room for three passengers. Onboard, there’s a seven-inch screen that displays navigation and weather via a Bluetooth connection to the rider’s phone. You can even receive incoming calls from your phone!

Fans say it’s reminiscent of Tesla’s Cybertruck. Could this be the future of wave riding?
