My holy grail exercises for building a sexy and defined upper body 🤩

👉🏽 Comment JOIN if you want to get a free week to my platform and start training to get RESULTS!

This breakdown is how I set up almost all of my upper body strength days and I’ve gotten amazinggggg results from this structure.

I recommend doing 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps per exercise (choosing your weight so that the last two reps should feel hard!)

When you want some variation, keep the routine the same, but change up the movements!
i.e. Arnold press to alternating presses, push ups to eccentric push ups, renegade row to single arm bench rows…

OR if you want to make it even easier for yourself, you can sign up for my platform! I take away all the guesswork and confusion from your training, so all you have to do is hit play and train with me.

Since living on a sailboat (and having very minimal food options and minimal fridge space), I found it made my life SO much easier to just eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch every day.

And the thing that surprised me was - I didn’t hate it! It honestly went to bed CRAVING my coffee, yogurt bowls and eggs 🤤

The other reason I loved eating this same thing, was that it made maintaining my physique SUPER easy. I didn’t have to calculate macros or weigh anything - they’re the same numbers every time.

The trick to these meals is to follow a FORMAT but have small variations - change up your carbs, change up your fruit, change up your fats.

When you’re constantly trying to get creative, it can become exhausting and overwhelming… and suddenly - a Starbucks wrap or a bagel on the way to work seems way easier. But that’s where it gets harder to stay on top of your macros or be in a deficit.

Fat loss doesn’t have to be hard - just find little hacks that work for you and stick with them!

Let me know if you have questions!

(PS - yes dinners are where things get freaky in the kitchen… but I’ll save that for another time 😉)

I’m gonna say it - you do NOT need to obsess over hitting a specific protein number EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.

Yes, protein matters. A LOT.

It helps build muscle, keeps you full, supports recovery, and makes body composition changes way easier.

But I think social media has a lot of women believing that if they’re not forcing down 120+ grams a day, they’re somehow failing.

The truth? Consistency beats perfection every time.

Some days I eat around 100 grams of protein… some days I eat less. But I still have tons of energy, workout 5-6 days a week, and feel STRONG.

But THAT is what makes fitness sustainable… having a solid balance that you can maintain. Not trying to crush cans of tuna before bed to hit a number that you saw someone post on Instagram.

You do not need to build your entire life around macros to get strong, lean, and feel amazing.
You need solid habits, enough protein most of the time, and a routine you can actually stick to.

What fit girls aren't telling you...

The girls who make staying fit look “easy” didn’t just get lucky…

They built the muscle.

They built the habits.

And most importantly - they built routines they could actually stick to.

That’s the part social media rarely shows.

👉🏽 What looks effortless now is usually the result of years of consistently showing up, lifting, learning what works for their body, and creating a lifestyle that feels sustainable instead of extreme.

This is exactly why I’m always preaching consistency over intensity.

You do not need to overhaul your entire life, spend 2 hours in the gym or cut out food you love.

You need to build strength and you need habits you can repeat.

But also… you need enough patience to let those things compound.

The goal isn’t to constantly be “trying to stay on track.”
The goal is to build a body and routine that makes staying fit feel natural.

What’s one thing that currently makes consistency hard for you? 👇🏽

“I never know what to do for my workouts 😩”

Say less ✋🏽

If you ever show up to sweat and have ZERO plan - just add in a squat thruster! This is such a solid, full body exercise, and I add them in ALLLLL the time to my training.

Then, if you add in 1 lower body, 1 upper body and 1 core exercise, then you have a super well-rounded workout, put together in no time at all 🥰

My mom and my best friend all wrapped up in a 5’2 ft British package 🥹❤️

I left home shortly after I turned 18, and for the last 15 years I’ve seen her 1-2 times a year during the holidays.

The fact that she NEVER put pressure on me to come home more, ALWAYS encouraged me to travel and live out my life, and CONSTANTLY cheered on every career move I made, is the most love and support that I could possibly ask for.

At 69 years of age she is some how the strongest, social and most energetic version of herself.

She could add a bit more butter to her cookies, and I would have loved a few more ice cream nights as a kid, but I know 100% I am the healthiest version of myself today because of her 🩵💙

Glad we got this week together. Every waking (and sleeping) moment spent together, so many stories, and companionable silence. Love love love you mom
