The tactical fitness is the summary of all the physical skills that the military personnel develop through their progressive, condensed and consequent training which prepare for the physical contingencies demands of the operation area, many of them unknow.
A proper strength and conditioning process for the future army officials wich must include specifical strength, endurance, mobility and coordination skills must be linked with the operational demands, in other words, special physical skills (tactical strength and conditioning)
