Stepping into a world carved straight out of stone. Wandering through these ancient grottoes feels like traveling back thousands of years in time. Every curve, every detail, every silent statue holds centuries of culture, faith, and incredible craftsmanship. Honored to be invited as a guest pace coach for today’s lululemon City Run 💙

We crushed a fun 6km easy run today. I led the full professional dynamic warm-up and stretches to kick things off, and kept the group energy steady with my partner Eric all event long.

As the closing back pacer, I stayed on course, checked in on everyone, guided the route, and looked after every runner in our crew. My favorite part was supporting our amazing wheelchair participant the whole way — such incredible strength and resilience.

Movement isn’t all about speed. It’s about inclusion, showing up for each other, and never quitting. Huge thanks to lululemon for the invite and trust. Loved spreading good vibes and passion with this awesome running community today.

All around China Men’s Doubles DEKA Strong 🥉

3rd place nationwide with my colleague and partner Taf. (So far)

Honored to stand on the podium, but honestly… we’re not satisfied.
We know our potential. We know we’re faster, stronger, and cleaner than today’s race.
Third is good, but good isn’t enough for us.

Small mistakes cost us the top spots today.
Lessons learned, upgrades coming.
Gold is next time. No excuses.

We had just missed the eruption at Kilauea! We woke up that morning and checked the livestream to see that it was erupting. So we packed up immediately and hit the road.. a two hour car ride from Kona to Hilo, only to find that we were just a few minutes too late.
we stayed in the park driving along the chain of craters road and checking out the different scenic points and waited until dusk to see the glow from the lava lake that was just spit out earlier that day!
