Title:
Jump rope not working for weight loss? 90% of people get this wrong 👇
Body:
As a jump rope manufacturer, I talk to hundreds of jumpers every month — and this is the #1 mistake I see:
A lot of people jump rope for months and the weight just won't budge. So they start thinking jump rope doesn't work.
Truth is — it's not the rope. It's what you eat after you jump.
Most people think "I worked out today, so I can eat a little more" — and one meal easily cancels out all the calories you just burned.
2 practical tips:
1. Keep breakfast normal, cut back on dinner
Breakfast fuels your day — keep it normal. Dinner should be lighter and earlier.
2. If you're hungry at night, go high-protein
After jumping, if you feel hungry, skip the carbs. Eat eggs, milk, or yogurt. These keep you full without storing fat.
One more thing: don't cut carbs completely.
Carbs are fuel for your body. Cut them completely and you won't have energy to jump, and your metabolism will slow down. Control high-sugar and high-fat foods — don't eliminate carbs entirely.
And don't skip stretching!
The second image shows simple post-jump stretches — side stretch, lunge stretch, calf stretch. Hold each for 15 seconds, repeat 3 times. 5 minutes is all it takes.
