「 GYROKINESIS® & "FLOWING SPIRALS" ( “流動伸展”) Group Class 團課 」 GYROKINESIS®: Explore the seven-face direction of the spine movement with a chair and a cushion, giving the body all-round stretching, you can start a very new refreshing day!GYROKINESIS®：用一張椅子、一張墊子，探索脊椎的七個活動面向，給身體全方面的拉伸運動！開啟一天的活力～
FLOWING SPIRALS: Actions exercise to activate myofascia, using simple teaching aids (such as myosin ball, exploration towel, sandbag, pain-release ball, etc.), such that the hard muscle, sticky parts, gradually body become soft and acting smoothly. “流動伸展”：活化肌膜的動作練習，運用簡易的教具(如：肌膜球、探索巾、沙包、痛點球⋯等)，讓硬梆梆、沾黏的部位，慢慢變得鬆柔，活動也更加的順暢。
