Fitness is better together!

This Wednesday we’re kicking off our free summer community sessions with the Matterhorn Training Trail – a timed uphill scramble through the woods that’s guaranteed to get the heart rate up.

Race it, jog it, hike it, crawl it, and enjoy the challenge at your own pace. The goal isn’t just to train; it’s to get outside, meet new people, and enjoy moving together.

Afterwards, we’ll head down to for coffee, cake, and a catch up.
