The FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup once again showcased the incredible talent, passion and potential of the next generation of the women’s game, delivering inspiring moments and unforgettable football in a new 24-team format. 🌟⚽

My sincere thanks to 🇲🇦 Morocco for being fantastic hosts, and congratulations to 🇰🇵 DPR Korea on claiming their fourth title with an outstanding performance. 👏🏆

The FIFA U-17 World Cup marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter for youth football, launching a new annual cycle and an historic expansion to a 48-team format. 🌍⚽

My sincere thanks to 🇶🇦 Qatar for hosting this landmark tournament, the first of five editions to be staged here through to 2029, and congratulations to 🇵🇹 Portugal on lifting the trophy after a fantastic campaign. 👏🏆

This competition once again showed how football gives young talents from around the world the opportunity to dream, compete and shine on the global stage.

O Campeonato do Mundo da FIFA de Sub-17 marcou o início de um novo e entusiasmante capítulo para o futebol de formação, lançando um novo ciclo anual e uma expansão histórica para um formato de 48 equipas. 🌍⚽

Os meus sinceros agradecimentos ao 🇶🇦 Catar pela organização deste torneio marcante, a primeira de cinco edições a serem realizadas aqui até 2029, e parabéns a 🇵🇹 Portugal pela conquista do troféu após uma campanha fantástica. 👏🏆

The FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup in 🇸🇨 Seychelles earlier this year was a truly memorable competition, full of impressive skills, exciting action and great goals! 🤩

🇧🇷 Brazil extended their incredible record in the competition, becoming world champion for the seventh time; while 🇧🇾 Belarus finished second and 🇵🇹 Portugal grabbed the 🥉 bronze medal. Many congratulations to all three podium finishers, as well as sey.football.federation, led by President Elvis Chetty, for organising a great tournament which united the world’s best beach soccer players. 👏

A Copa do Mundo de Beach Soccer da FIFA em 🇸🇨 Seychelles, no início do ano, foi uma competição realmente inesquecível, repleta de talento, técnica, muita emoção e belos gols! 🤩

🇧🇷 O Brasil ampliou seu incrível histórico na competição, tornando-se campeão mundial pela sétima vez; já 🇧🇾 Belarus ficou em segundo lugar e 🇵🇹 Portugal conquistou a 🥉 medalha de bronze. Parabéns às três seleções que subiram ao pódio, e parabéns à sey.football.federation, liderada pelo presidente Elvis Chetty, pela organização de um grande torneio que reuniu os melhores jogadores de beach soccer do mundo. 👏

🇯🇴 Jordan fans displayed great passion, emotion, and their beautiful culture at the 🇶🇦 FIFA Arab Cup 2025. Their energy off the field certainly played a big part in jordan.fa reaching the final with an impressive string of performances. 👏

I look forward to seeing the same love and affection from the fans at next year’s 🇨🇦🇲🇽🇺🇸 FIFA World Cup, which will be this football-loving nation’s debut appearance on the biggest global stage. ⚽❤️

Dima Maghrib! La Coupe d’Afrique des Nations 2025 a débuté par un magnifique match d’ouverture à Rabat 🇲🇦, dans une ambiance incroyable au Stade Prince Moulay Abdallah. ⚽🔥

Félicitations au Maroc 🇲🇦 pour sa victoire 2-0 face aux Comores 🇰🇲. Je remercie sincèrement Sa Majesté le Roi Mohammed VI, Son Altesse Royale le Prince Héritier du Maroc, Moulay Hassan, un vrai passionné de football, et tout le peuple du Maroc pour leur accueil toujours aussi chaleureux. 🤝🇲🇦

Un grand bravo également au Vice-président de la FIFA et Président de la CAF, Patrice Motsepe, ainsi qu’à Fouzi Lekjaa, membre du Conseil de la FIFA et Président de la Fédération Royale Marocaine de Football, pour leur excellent travail dans l’organisation de cette fantastique compétition. 👏

Congratulations to 🇲🇦 Morocco on a 2-0 victory over 🇰🇲 Comoros. My sincere thanks to His Majesty King Mohammed VI, to His Royal Highness, Moulay Hassan, Crown Prince of Morocco, a true football fan, and to everyone in Morocco for their warm welcome. 🤝🇲🇦
