Postpartum depression is so tricky that you will keep pushing through until you collapse 💔this is exactly what happened to me👇🏻 .ch

Daily sleep deprivation

Two businesses

Motherhood

Self-identity crisis

Relationship crisis

This is everything that comes with postpartum

When I was pregnant, everyone would tell me how difficult it would be to take care of the baby, teething and etc

No

Exhaustion, identity crisis and striving to get your old self back is the real problem

I’ve realized that since I became a mother, I stopped doing anything for myself

And now I have…

I exhausted myself to the point where I would cry nonstop for three days in a row

And I had no other choice but to go to the hospital, where I stayed for two days

And now I’m on a journey to get my spark back and to start doing things for me out of self-love once again

It’s crazy how when you become a mother, you get judged for everything💔 .ch 👇🏻

At first, you share your body with someone in pregnancy👏🏻

And when you give birth, what you do with your body becomes a public question of interest😵‍💫

I would share my breastfeeding struggles,
and I’ve received so much judgment,
hate and criticism in comments

FROM OTHER WOMEN telling me that I need to die!!!! because I chose not to breastfeed my child

And it’s absolutely crazy how you only enter this new world of misogyny once you become a mom

And I know not everyone is like that

But I also know that these women hating on me in the comments are women who have betrayed themselves, their desires, and are deeply unhappy with their lives

However, I still want to change that

I want to create a community, at least around my blog, of mothers who support and never judge each other
