NEW FLEXIBILITY + MOBILITY CLASSES LOADING

This class is all about flexibility and mobility training. We learn how to warm-up for a flexibility class, a correct alignment of positions, which muscles have to activate in the movements/positions to protect yourself and how to differentiate & release muscle and nerve tension.

For over 15 years, Camilla has practiced and taught yoga, grounded in Iyengar and Ashtanga Vinyasa traditions, with deep attention to asana, breath, and meditation. Along the way, curiosity pulled her beyond the mat into handstands, flexibility work, acrobatics, aerial yoga, dance, and circus arts.
her teaching blends precision with play. Camilla helps students build strength, mobility, and control while staying connected to breath and alignment. She teaches flexibility as skills that support confidence, focus, and intelligent movement, both upside down and in everyday life.
