We have a zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful behavior. Every member is expected to adapt to their partner’s level, weight, and intensity — because training should challenge you, not intimidate you.

On our mats:
❌ No disrespect tolerated
✅ Adjust to your partner’s level and intensity
✅ Speak up if something feels wrong
✅ Help keep the space safe for everyone

Martial arts is about discipline, trust, and growing together — never about hurting or belittling others.
