My name is Cecilia.
After my son was born, my body slowly lost its ground.
Anxiety, nervousness, dizziness, terrible insomnia — my body was always on alert, day and night, unable to rest.
Life kept asking more.
Doctors found a melanoma on my foot. My son was still very small and often sick, and for years we ran between hospitals and doctors — for him, and for me. I was exhausted, ungrounded, with a nervous system that never switched off.
Then came a large tumor in my liver. I went through a major operation where half of my liver was removed, followed by time in intensive care with heart complications.
And yet — I am still here.
What carried me through was not force. It was learning to take care of myself and learning to trust. I prayed. I asked God for strength when I had none left, and I believe I was guided and protected by grace and by angels I could not see, but deeply felt.
Healing came slowly. I learned to rest again, to calm my nervous system, to create space so my body could recover. I began gentle movement — yoga, breath, meditation — and supported my body with Ayurveda and natural supplements. I learned how stress is stored deeply in the body, especially in the fascia, and how gentleness can help release it — not by forcing, but by creating safety.
Today, I am here for women who feel exhausted, for women whose bodies are always on alert, for those who struggle with sleep, stress, or deep tiredness from caregiving, illness, or long emotional load. My gentle yoga classes include breath, meditation, and slow movement to support the nervous system and help the body feel safe enough to rest again.
As we enter a new year, I wish every woman gentleness.
May this year bring you rest, trust in your body, and the courage to take care of yourself without guilt. You don’t need to rush. You are allowed to move slowly.
Happy New Year 🤍
