Another strong performance for Antoine Chevnine! 🇨🇭👏

The 15-year-old Lausanne diver finishes 5th in the Boys B 1m Springboard Final at the Junior World Championships in Rijeka, scoring an impressive 400.95 points.

Antoine had already set the pace in the preliminaries, winning the qualification with 393.35 points. As the competition format requires the five compulsory dives and their points to be carried over into the final, Antoine started the final with 182.55 points in 5th place. He then added 218.40 points from his four optional final dives – the third-best final score of the entire field.

The competition was incredibly tight, with just 1.5 points separating places 2 to 5 based on the four final dives. Antoine ultimately finished 5th with 400.95 points, just 8.15 points away from the bronze medal.

Together with his 6th place on 3m, Antoine leaves the Junior Worlds with two top-six finishes and another valuable experience at the highest junior level. 💪

Antoine Chevnine delivers a strong performance at the Junior World Championships in Rijeka 🇭🇷💪

The 15-year-old Lausanne diver finished an excellent 6th place in the 3m springboard final (cat. B), scoring 434.65 points - the second-best European result in the field! 🇨🇭🔥

After a demanding nine-dive qualification in the morning, Antoine secured his spot in the top 12 with 406.55 points. In the final, he got off to a brilliant start, moving up to 4th place after two strong dives. Despite losing a few points on his third dive, he finished with a clean final dive to secure a well-deserved 6th place.

A great performance on the world stage and another important step in an already impressive season. 👏

Two Junior European Championship medals, a Senior European Championships debut, and now a strong 6th place at the Junior Worlds: Antoine is continuing to make his mark on the international stage!

And there’s more to come: on Friday, Antoine and his coach Alexis Coquet return to the boards for the boys B 1m springboard competition. 🚀

🇨🇭 Strong performances from our Swiss High Divers in Paris! 💦

Morgane Herculano delivered an outstanding performance to finish 4th in the European Championship. After sitting in medal position after three rounds, she finished just outside the podium with 281.50 points. A strong showing against Europe’s best! 👏

Pierrick Schafer impressed with a fantastic 6th place, highlighted by the highest-scoring dive of the entire field in Round 3. 🔥

Jean-David Duval completed the strong team performance with his 10th place finish, gaining valuable experience at the highest international level.

A strong European Championship for the Swiss High Diving team and plenty of reasons to look ahead with confidence!

We are proud of all three Swiss High Divers and their performances in Paris. Congratulations to Morgane, Pierrick and Jean-David! 🇨🇭👏

🇨🇭 A strong start for our high divers in Paris! 💦

After two rounds, Morgane Herculano is on medal course, sitting in an excellent 3rd place in the Women’s High Diving competition. 💪🥉

The Swiss men also made a strong start: Pierrick Schafer is currently 7th, while Jean-David Duval sits in 10th place.

Unfortunately, Matthias had to withdraw from the event due to back problems. We wish him a speedy recovery!

The medals will be decided tomorrow with the final two rounds. Good luck to Morgane, Pierrick and Jean-David! 🍀🇨🇭

🇨🇭 A bright future for Swiss Diving! 💦

With Erik Passerone’s appearance in the Men’s 10m Platform preliminary round, the diving competitions at the European Aquatics Championships in Paris have come to an end for Swiss Aquatics.

Although Erik did not have his best competition today, Paris marked an important step in his development and provided invaluable experience at the highest level. He showed his potential throughout the week and confirmed himself as one of the greatest talents in Swiss diving.

The overall championship performance of the Swiss diving team leaves plenty of reasons for optimism. Team leader Michelle Heimberg showed incredible strength and once again underlined her world-class status by winning silver in the Women’s 1m Springboard and claiming her ninth European Championship medal. 🥈

At the same time, the three championship debutants Cloe Grávalos Símon (19), Antoine Chevnine (15) and Erik Passerone (17) impressed with their performances and showed the enormous potential of the next generation of Swiss diving. Cloe secured a fantastic 5th place in the Women’s 10m Platform, while Erik achieved a strong 5th place in the Mixed 3m Synchronised Springboard alongside Michelle.

A combination of a world-class athlete and exciting young talents gives Swiss Diving a bright future. 🇨🇭💪

The European Championships continue tomorrow with the spectacular High Diving events, where Morgane Herculano, Matthias Appenzeller, Jean-David Duval and Pierrick Schafer will represent Switzerland. Good luck! 🍀

🇨🇭 A promising European Championship debut for Antoine Chevnine! 💦

At just 15 years old, Antoine Chevnine made an impressive debut at the European Aquatics Championships, finishing 25th in the Men's 3m Springboard preliminary round with 310.15 points.

As the youngest diver in the entire field, Antoine delivered a consistent performance with no major mistakes, showing great composure against Europe's best. While the higher degree of difficulty and experience of his competitors made the difference, he proved that he belongs on this stage. 👏

Only a few weeks after winning silver (1m) and bronze (3m) at the European Junior Championships, Antoine has taken another important step in his development and confirmed his enormous potential for the future. 💪🇨🇭

🇨🇭 A sensational Top-5 finish on her European Championship debut! 💥

Cloe Grávalos Símon delivered an outstanding performance in the Women's 10m Platform Final, finishing 5th at her first-ever European Championships at elite level. 🙌

After qualifying for the final in 6th place, the 19-year-old improved her score by 6.85 points to 288.10 points, confirming the excellent form she showed throughout the competition.

Following two solid opening dives, Cloe was pushed back to 12th after an uncharacteristic mistake on her third dive. But she responded in an impressive way. 💪

A brilliant fourth dive - the second-highest score of the round - started her comeback, before another outstanding final dive saw her climb all the way back to 5th place, showcasing her composure, determination and enormous potential.

An outstanding result for a first appearance on the European elite stage. Congratulations to Cloe and coach Alexis on a fantastic championship! 👏🇨🇭

Tomorrow, Michelle Heimberg returns to the boards in the Women's 3m Springboard, with qualification in the afternoon and the final in the evening. Good luck, Michelle! 🍀

🥈 A silver finish to an unforgettable sunday in Paris! 🇨🇭

What a day for Michelle Heimberg and the Swiss team at the European Aquatics Championships 2026! After three competitions within just a few hours, the Swiss diver claimed silver in the Women's 1m Springboard, securing the ninth European Championships medal of her remarkable career. 💪

Michelle began the day by qualifying confidently for the final before teaming up with Erik Passerone in the Mixed 3m Synchronised Springboard Final. The Swiss duo was in medal contention for most of the competition, but a mistake on the fourth dive saw them finish in a still impressive 5th place.

Less than an hour later, Michelle returned to the 1m springboard final and once again demonstrated her experience and fighting spirit. A brilliant final dive - the highest-scoring dive of the last round - lifted her into second place, earning Switzerland's first diving medal of the European Aquatics Championships in Paris. 🥈🇨🇭

Congratulations, Michelle, on another outstanding achievement! 👏
