From powder days in Verbier to long evenings by the pool in Menorca.

After another incredible winter in the mountains, it is time to swap ski tracks for sunshine, sea air and slow Mediterranean evenings.

Villa Helene in Binibeca is our little escape in Menorca. A relaxed private villa with a pool, sunshine all day, and the sea just moments away. The perfect place to completely switch off after a big winter season.

From deep winter powder days in Verbier to long summer evenings by the sea in Menorca.

After a big winter season, this has become the highlight of my week at the end of the season. is simply a must if you are coming to Menorca this summer.

Epic food, an incredible setting right on the water, and a brilliant team running the restaurant. A perfect mix of France meets Menorca meets the UK, all wrapped into one unforgettable place.

Day 2 of the off-piste course and what a turnaround… from tentative turns yesterday morning to properly charging through powder today 🙌

Confidence up, skis working, big smile — that’s what we like to see.

🎿 WEDNESDAY IN VERBIER 🎿
No fresh snow for a little while now, but there’s plenty of cover to ski well and I had an excellent morning on the mountain.

These shots were taken today from Ruinettes, looking across to Mont Blanc — clear views, cold temps, and snow holding up nicely thanks to altitude.

A fresh top-up would be very welcome, and hopefully it’s not too far away. For now though, solid conditions and good skiing. 🏔️❄️
