The moment I saw this there was no doubt in my mind this would be a Super Heavyweight debut to be proud of🔥

Already 13kg up from this point and it‘s looking like we‘ll be in for a spectacle next time he steps on stage.⚔️

💪🏼Recovery time for 𝗔𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻 after achieving our goal this season of winning our class at the Regional qualifier in 🇨🇭 and getting first call outs at the Pro Qualifiers.

📝Many lessons to take away from this prep, mentally & physically but in short:

👉🏼 More size is needed to hang with the top guys.
👉🏼 At this level, keeping a cool head and being able to relax and „just execute“ is almost more important than the physical aspect of the sport.

📈Proud of the work you put in brother, especially at such a young age and I know we will fulfill our vision in the future if we just keep getting better and better!

FIBO weekend is a wrap✅

Super proud of & for bringing an improved package from the regional, 2 weeks ago, resulting in two 🥈 place medals in the first Pro Qualifier of the season.

The goal for Alain was to come in with similar fullness but more condition and we came in at about 1.5kg lighter🎯

For Marc we knew we needed to be as full as possible in order for him to display his back with the size we wanted it to while maintaining his trademark condition. With a full 2.5kg heavier than two weeks ago, we achieved exactly that🔥

On we go to 🇵🇹!
