📅 Du 11 au 15 août 2025 📍 Vaujany, au cœur des montagnes
🧊 Entraînements sur glace (selon le système de la réserve olympique) :
1h : Travail technique (Skills, Edge Work)
1h : Maniement de la crosse, passes, tirs, jeu devant le filet (statique et en mouvement), exercices en situation de match
🏋 Entraînements hors glace (selon le système de la réserve olympique) :
Pliométrie, flexibilité, agilité, acrobatie
2 heures de piscine (2 séances avec toboggans)

🧊 On-Ice Training (based on the Olympic Reserve system):
1h: Technical skills (Skills, Edge Work)
1h: Stickhandling, passing, shooting, net drives (stationary & in motion), game situation drills
🏋 Off-Ice Training (based on the Olympic Reserve system):
Plyometrics, flexibility, agility, acrobatics
2 hours of swimming (2 sessions in a pool with waterslides)
