Two tough battles this weekend for Embrach Thunder against A1 Sports Club — and exactly the kind of challenge that makes us stronger. 💥⚡

Facing an experienced side on a different surface in Basel pushed us out of our comfort zone, and that experience is priceless for our squad. Every point, every rally, every tough moment is helping us grow.

Huge thanks to A1 Sports Club for hosting and for two competitive matches.

Now all eyes turn to Cossonay. The work starts now. Back to training. Hard yards. More intensity. More hunger.

🔥 HISTORIC DAY FOR EMBRACH THUNDER! 🔥

Just 4 months after the club was created, Embrach Thunder has registered its very first outdoor competition victories — and what a moment it was! 💥🏏

Saturday at Birsfelden belonged to this highly talented and incredibly hardworking young team as they secured victories in BOTH the T20 and T10 matches against a very talented Swiss Girls side. 👏

⭐ The player of the day was Shamanthy, whose incredible all-round performance inspired the team and showcased immense talent, determination, and skill. What a performance! 🔥

This is more than just a win — it is the first milestone in an exciting journey. A foundation has now been laid, and the future looks bright for Embrach Thunder! ⚡

Congratulations to every player, supporter, and everyone involved in building this team from the ground up. The journey has only just begun! 🚀

🏏 HISTORY IN SWISS YOUTH CRICKET 🇨🇭🔥

Amjid Dawoudzai (Embrach Cricket Academy / Nomads Cricket Club) has etched his name into the record books as the first player in Switzerland to score a double century in a 50-over U19 CS Youth League match!

A breathtaking innings of 214 runs powered Nomads–Embrach Cricket Academy to 310. His knock was packed with power and class, featuring an incredible 16 sixes and 21 fours 💥

Nomads–Embrach went on to dominate the game, defeating Basel Dragons-B by 174-run margin.
