A little more reality behind the Instagram version of this profil 🙂

Yesterday, 20+ people came to my yoga class.
Today, there were only three.

My last retreat was fully booked.
Now I’m working hard to fill the next one.

Some weeks, everything seems to flow.
Other weeks, I wonder if I’m doing something completely wrong.

And while Instagram often shows the full classes, beautiful retreats, sunsets, happy faces and exciting projects… there’s a whole other side that rarely makes it into the feed.

The planning.
The uncertainty.
The empty spots.
The slow months.
The self-doubt.
The constant work behind it.

And I think we need a little more of that reality.

Because not everything is always perfect, even if you live your dream life 🤗

Of course there are moments of “THIS IS IT!” but also moments of “What am I even doing?” 😂

So here’s your reminder:
Don’t compare your behind the scenes to someone else’s highlight reel. ✨

There’s probably a lot more going on behind that beautiful Instagram post than you’ll ever see 😉

Two retreats. One beautiful island. Many memories. 🇬🇷✨

A little look back at the magic we created in Crete.. filled with movement, yoga, workouts, sunshine, delicious Greek food, deep conversations, new friendships and, of course, a whole lot of laughter. 🧘🏼‍♀️💪🏼🍋🌊

What I love most about retreats is that it’s never just about the program. It’s about the people you meet, the conversations you have, the moments you share and the memories you take home with you.

Grateful for every single one of you who made these two weeks so special. 🤍🇬🇷

Looking forward to be back next year 🌸

One year after leaving Swisscom, I was invited back to the Swisscom Games – and what a special feeling it was. 💙

From standing on stage 🧘‍♂️ to reconnecting with so many familiar faces 😊, it was a fantastic experience and a wonderful opportunity to enjoy some great moments in beautiful Ticino ☀️🇨🇭.

Thanks for having me. 🙏 It truly felt a little bit like coming home. 🏡💙

Exactly one week ago, I almost missed my flight… 😅🙈 nothing like a little traffic panic before going home.

Finally made it home safely — and I’m genuinely thankful for the people here in 🇨🇭 who welcomed me back. It made the transition a lot easier.

Of course, I miss the sunsets by the beach, my favorite yoga classes and those slow coffee mornings by the pool. Grateful for all the moments and meaningful connections along the way 🤍

Now it’s about shifting my focus — not on what’s missing, but on what’s here.
And yes… drinkable tap water definitely counts 🤭
