These 3 things disrupt your endocrine system, cause mid day crashes, brain fog and anxiety. Cut them out fam!
đźš« Stop looking at your phone first thing in the am (give yourself 60-90 min before looking at a screen)
🚫 Stop raw doggin’ caffeine in the morning you sicko. Your system needs time to warm up before you hit the boosters.
đźš« Stop rushing. Give yourself some space to ease into the day. How you start the day sets the whole tone.
Any rebuttal you have to any of these recommendations is an excuse. NONE of these are essential for your survival. If you think caffeine is, your system is in worse shape that you think.
Cut them out, give your body what it needs and watch how you start feeling.
