🏆 Ontario Championships 2026

Another successful Ontario Championships is behind us, and we are incredibly proud to announce that Comet has once again produced an Ontario Champion!

This achievement is especially meaningful because qualifying for the Ontario Championships is a challenge in itself. Athletes must first earn their spot through two qualification events and then deliver their best performance when it matters most. The Championships take place only once a year, making this title one of the most prestigious achievements in the province.

Congratulations to Amelia on this outstanding result and to all the coaches who have guided and supported her throughout this journey. A special thank you to our coaching team and club leadership for their dedication, hard work, and commitment to excellence every single day.

We are proud that winning provincial titles has become a consistent result for our club, reflecting the quality of training, teamwork, and passion that our athletes and coaches bring to the gym.

We hope Amelia’s success will inspire our younger gymnasts and future athletes to dream bigger, work harder, and believe that anything is possible with dedication and perseverance.

Stephania is a former member of Team Canada and one of our outstanding coaches.

For many years, Stephania competed as part of Canada’s National Rhythmic Gymnastics Group Team, representing the country at numerous international competitions, including World Cup events.

She is known for her exceptional technique and attention to detail, qualities she now brings to every class she teaches.

Did you know that if you sit for more than 30 minutes at a time, your metabolism essentially begins to “fall asleep”?

🛑 Lack of movement can:
- slow down fat-burning processes,
- increase stiffness in the body,
- reduce blood circulation and lymphatic drainage,
- create tension in the spine, knees, and joints.
