🚨Announcement!
We are launching the Master Angler All-Time Record Breaker Challenge!
The challenge runs from August 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027.

THE GOAL: Catch any of our 30 eligible Master Angler species as a brand-new, all-time record.
You must hold a valid 2026/2027 Manitoba Angling Licence to participate, unless you are exempt under provincial regulations.

THE PRIZE: Break a record and you win a half-day guided fishing trip in Summer 2027!

HOW TO ENTER: Submit your catch through the standard Master Angler Program process.
No separate registration is required!
If you hold the final, approved all-time record at the end of the challenge period, you win!

IMPORTANT DETAILS:
Travel is on you: Airfare, mileage, and accommodations are NOT included.
You must provide your own transportation to the guided trip location (within 2 hours of Winnipeg).
The prize cannot be transferred or rescheduled.
Winners must sign an acceptance agreement to claim the prize.
Youth winners must have a parent or legal guardian accompany them on the trip.

Open to all to enter. $300/team entry fee. Teams of two anglers, boat tournament. Catch, photo, video release format powered by Kickerfish.

Cash prizes to the Top 5 teams. Awesome prize packages to 6th - 10th place (based on 30 teams). $500 SureStep Big Fish Award.

Best stringer of 10 channel catfish. 32” minimum to score.
