The amount of work Kadriana puts into her craft day in and day out is something special to witness. The discipline, consistency, and commitment to always finding another level are what separate great athletes from the rest.

It’s been awesome having her back training again at Marshal Marks Fitness and watching the work being put in behind the scenes. Seeing the focus and determination every day makes accomplishments like this even more meaningful.

So proud of everything you and Colton accomplished on the world stage. A bronze medal at worlds is no small feat, and it’s a reflection of the countless hours invested into the process.

Three years ago, I made one of the hardest decisions of my life — I walked away from a 10-year career in healthcare to take a chance on myself.

Healthcare gave me purpose, but I knew deep down I wanted to make an impact in a different way — one that focused not just on treating people, but empowering them before they ever needed treatment. That’s where Marshal Marks Fitness was born.

What started as a leap of faith has grown into something far greater than I imagined. Marshal Marks Fitness isn’t just about workouts — it’s about building confidence, creating community, and helping people realize they’re capable of more than they ever thought possible.

Over the last three years, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible individuals — from everyday people just starting their journey, to athletes pushing for elite performance. Every story, every milestone, every breakthrough has reinforced why I took that risk in the first place.

This journey hasn’t been easy, but it’s been worth every early morning, late night, and moment of uncertainty.

I didn’t just leave a career — I stepped into my purpose.

And this is only the beginning.

🚨 New Client’s Alert 🚨

This one is extra special to me.

Being able to train the people you love is something that’s hard to put into words, and getting the chance to work with my grandparents is something I’ll never take for granted. The same people who helped raise me, supported me, and shaped who I am… now trusting me to help them stay strong and healthy means the world.

Strength training isn’t just about workouts or lifting weights. It’s about building strength for the years ahead — being able to move well, stay independent, and continue enjoying life for as long as possible.

Helping them build that strength, confidence, and resilience for the years to come is one of the most meaningful parts of what I get to do. Moments like this remind me why I started this journey in the first place.
