We try gratitude lists, meditation, or breathing once or twice, and when it doesn’t “work” right away, we feel like something’s wrong with us.
The truth? Nothing’s wrong with you. Healing isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about depth, patience, and learning your way back to peace of mind.
