20 years of daily meditation, and I thought I knew peace... then everything changed. 🙏

I just got back from the Sanyam 2 course with Sri Sri Ravi Shankar at the Canadian Art of Living center, and the experience was truly incredible. If you've been committed to a practice for a long time and wonder if it can get better, the answer is a resounding YES.

I realized I have so much more to learn, and that's the most exciting gift of all. Stick with your path—the payoff is profound!

We live in a culture that wants everything fast: fast food, fast internet, fast results. It’s no surprise that many of us bring that same expectation into our healing. We try gratitude lists, meditation, or breathing once or twice, and when it doesn’t “work” right away, we feel like something’s wrong with us.

The truth? Nothing’s wrong with you. Healing isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about depth, patience, and learning your way back to peace of mind.

In my new video, I explain why rushing your healing only frustrates you and how slowing down creates space for real change. I’ll also walk you through a simple breathing practice you can try right now, a 30-second reset I often use when working with men who carry a lot of stress.
