Show 3 was a quiet relaxed show. We had lots of fun. Thank you to the rain gods for holding out til the last five riders. We finished just in time just before the tornado warning! Please drive safely home.
Thank you judge Dana Pagliaroli-Anderson and scribe Morgan Grantt, and all our volunteers who made it run smoothly. Thank you Windsor Equestrian Centre for all you do for WECADORA We appreciate you❤️We couldn’t do it without you.

PS A get well soon to our membership secretary Zita Zinn-shamisa who had a very unfortunate mishap to her hand just before the show, which led to her having to scratch. We know how disappointed she was to not be able to compete but we are glad she’s fixed up now and will have time to heal up.
Also, Sending our condolences to Mandie Armstrong from HM Photography on the loss of her grandmother. You are in our thoughts and prayers. ❤️

To those attending today’s show, we want to keep you safe. ⭐️With the forecast of potential rain/thunderstorms from 10am onward, just a few suggestions to make the day run smoothly.
⭐️Wear your rain gear and refrain from using umbrellas that could potentially spook the horses.
⭐️The show will go on as long as long as it safe to do so. If we need to pause for awhile due to heavy lightning or loud thunder or hail, it will resume when it passes.
⭐️We want to have fun and keep you safe. See you at 8am and good luck to all competitors!

📣 SHOW DAY REMINDERS – Sunday, June 14 at WEC! 🐴

Hello WECADORA riders, coaches, and supporters!
We’re so excited to welcome you to our third show at Windsor Equestrian Centre. Here are some last-minute reminders to help keep the day running smoothly:
Show starts promptly at 8am.

🕗 Ride Times
Check your ride times.
Please be ready at your assigned time. Please do not go out of order unless ok’d by show management.
➡️ Riders may only be in the ring at their designated time. If they are the next rider to go in the 20x40, they may wait in the ‘square’ outside the ring.
➡️ All others must remain in the designated warm-up area or outside the ring.

Sticking to times helps the show flow smoothly, thank you for your cooperation!

🌿 Facility Etiquette
✅ Stay on the paths – no walking or riding on the grass
🚫 Do not use the round pen or WEC equipment without permission
🙏 Please respect the venue, organizers, and each other.

👚 Attire Reminder
✔ Riders: Helmets, proper boots, show attire (including jackets as discussed at the General Meeting)
✔ Helpers , grooms, parents, students: Appropriate footwear and attire required when handling horses. No sandals or open toed shoes.
Wear a hat and sunscreen! You may need a raincoat in the am. Make sure you and your horse stay hydrated. Don’t forget your fly spray! Always put the horse first!
⭐️Absolutely No alcohol or drug use.
🧹 Clean Up
Please pick up after yourself and your horse.
Garbage bins & muck buckets are located around the grounds, including trailer parking.
-Warm-Up Area: for safety’s sake, limit of approximately five at a time. Be courteous so everyone gets a chance to warm up. Numbers must be worn at all times.
Use only the designated warm-up ring. No humans on foot in warm up unless you are the leader for a lead line competitor or helping rider with a leg up or at mounting block. Coaching permitted from outside the warm up only.

Preparations are in full swing for our third show, this Sunday June 14 at Windsor Equestrian Centre.
🎤We need a volunteer to be our ´whipper in’.
As many of you know, Christine Renaud has volunteered many years at this position but unfortunately she is unable to attend this Sunday.
Whipper in keeps the warm up running safely, keeps our riders in order and on time to the ring. They keep our show running smoothly.

Hello WECADORA members,
⭐️Our next show is scheduled for this Sunday, June 14.Judge Dana Anderson. Windsor Equestrian Centre. Please have your entries by tonight June 9.
⭐️As of last night, we did not have sufficient entries to run it so here’s another reminder to register if you plan on participating! We know it’s a busy time of year and sometimes we forget about entry deadlines. Please don’t delay .We need to know numbers so a decision can be made. We have so much fun, it would be a shame to have to cancel.
🎤A special call out to LEADLINE, PRESTARTER and STARTER riders..we miss you, we want you , we need your support as well.
🎤Don’t forget we also offer Test of Choice! Choose to ride whatever test you like and provide at least two copies to show manager.
⭐️Here’s hoping this third reminder, brings in more entries. If you’re new to showing dressage, consider taking the plunge this Sunday. If you’re a seasoned competitor, we appreciate your continued support and commitment!
