There’s a reason we don’t jump straight into live swings. 👏🥎
An HBA lesson is built to PROGRESS.
We start with drills that isolate what the athlete is feeling off with — slow it down, make the adjustment, and let her actually understand the movement.
➡️ Then we move into front toss to add the ball back in and see if that adjustment holds.
➡️ Then we finish with live at-bats — full timing, full movement, full decision-making.
Because fixing something in a drill is one thing.
Being able to carry that adjustment into a live at-bat is where it actually matters.
Drill it → see it → compete with it.
That’s how we build mechanics athletes can actually USE, not just perform during a lesson.
COACHES: If you want your offseason practices to have this same kind of progression — instead of piecing together random drills and hoping they transfer — HBA offseason programming is built to give your team the structure, progression and purpose behind every rep.
Run the system with your team, or bring Coach TPAT in to help coach the details.
