Your friendly neighbourhood Wolverines are playing in the Ayabeh Summer Challenge in Gatineau, QC., this weekend. We just tied our first game 1-1 against the Akwesasne Wild. Our game times are below, and we will keep everyone updated!

OUR FINAL DRYLAND OF THE SPRING is happening this evening at 6:00pm - Ball Park! We will have the water, tunes, and equipment. We just ask for your ENERGY AND EFFORT, and we may have something special for our youth in attendance :) COACH PAT will be back for this one, you won't want to miss :)

AMAZING turnout yesterday for dryland! Coach Pat made sure that no sweat and no muscle was spared LOL we're sore today but there's nothing like getting the struggle on together as a team! So proud of everyone who came out! We also had a brave momma join us with her daughter - if you want to join with your kiddo, come on out ☺️ Next week is our last spring dryland session (MONDAY, JUNE 16TH AT 6:00PM - BALL PARK)

We wrapped up our workout with a gratitude exercise. There is so much to be thankful for, and we are so grateful to have people come to our programming, and it's amazing to see our little dream come to life 😄

Dryland crew from yesterday! The faces were red from the sprinting, and there was lots of racing, strength, and ladder agility work. We shared about having gratitude that we can push our bodies to the limits and that each one of us has inner strength to match our physical strength! 👏💪
Looking forward to the next one on MONDAY with COACH PAT - 6:00pm at Pontiac Field 🏃🏃‍♀️

DRYLAND TOMORROW!!

Wolverines had a great time training with some determined youth yesterday! The soreness is setting in, and we can't wait to do it again next week! Dryland consisted of an all-around warm-up, agility drills with speed ladders, take-offs, and sprint training with parachutes. We had a nice cool down where we led stretching and provided rollers.

We have more surprises up our sleeve to mix up the training. 😝
