So many great classes offered this fall at Canada Games Centre. I will be teaching NEUROFIT on Saturdays. As we age, our bodies experience decline in both muscle mass and brain cell growth. Neurofit is a fun class that combine resistance and cognitive exercises designed to boost your balance, strength, and brain function.
Classes start on September 12.
