I have had an amazing experience working with Jill and participating in her online fitness classes! I feel like I’m in better shape now then before the pandemic when I was actually going to a gym! Jill is so welcoming and her classes are great for everyone. She always offers modifications so you can work at your own level, whether it’s increasing or decreasing intensity. It was hard to get use to exercising at home but I honestly don’t think I’ll go back to a gym. Jills classes are so effective and fun and I love the flexibility she offers! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Today (Friday) 11:30 - Body Break
Saturday 9am - HIIT
Monday 9am - Seated Workout
Monday 4:30pm - Pump
Tuesday 4pm - Body Break
Wednesday 9am - Seated Workout
Wednesday 6pm - HIIT
Thursday 9am - Seated Workout
