💪Are you ready to take your fitness journey to the next level?
🥩One key ingredient to success is upping your protein intake! Not only does protein play a crucial role in muscle repair and growth, but it also helps keep you feeling fuller for longer, aiding in weight management.
🏃‍♂️Here are three tips to help you increase your protein intake.
1️⃣ Increase foods you’re already consuming. If you have a preferred protein source that you can easily increase, then start with that!
2️⃣ Include a protein source in every meal. Sneaking in protein with every meal can help dramatically in getting closer to your goal.
3️⃣ Eat protein first. By ensuring you get it finished with each meal, you can be confident in prioritizing it and checking it off for the day.

Come out November 26 and help us raise funds for the movember charity!
We’re holding a 5K walk or run to raise awareness and get some movement and then we’re gonna be following up with a silent auction and raffle
We’re going to start and end at Red Bird Brewing that way we can finish off with some food and drinks all together and have a good time.
Make sure to head over to Eventbrite and buy your ticket. The sooner you do the better as we’re ordering shirts to go with the event and with your ticket you can pick out your size. Link to Eventbrite is in our bio.
