Happy Latin American Heritage Month 💃🏽🕺🏻

For those who don’t know me I am from Brazil and have been living in Canada for 11 years. Being away from your country and family is very hard, but I started doing Latin Dance to try to connect with people and my culture here in Canada. I never knew I was going to be a Latin Dance teacher, but I can tell you that it is for everyone!

If you want to connect, learn a new culture, and challenge yourself with a new fun leisure that is healthy join me!

Doing a Salsa Dance Ladystyle this Sunday at Active Arts 3:00pm ! Register here https://www.latinsouldancesimcoe.com/service-page/latin-dance-experience-2-week-series?referral=service_list_widget

Today, we honour the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. 🧡

We remember the children who never returned home, honour Survivors, their families, and Indigenous communities, and recognize that listening, learning, and reconciliation are ongoing responsibilities.

At Latin Soul Dance Simcoe, we believe community begins with respect, understanding, and making space for every story.
Today, we take time to listen, reflect, and learn. 🧡
