It’s official! This week we are moving back outdoors!

You can catch our classes Tuesdays and Thursdays by the Wakaw school playground 5:30-6:30pm.

Or in Cudworth on Saturdays 9:15- 10:15am by the Cudworth school playground !

Hi 👋 I’m Kim Cooper, owner and trainer at 4 Wheel Fitness 🛞🔥 in Wakaw and Cudworth SK

We have been running classes here for almost two years, so I figured it’s time to re-introduce myself!

✅I have been coaching fitness classes for almost 10 years!
✅ I have four kids, two dogs, three cats and 12 chickens 😂
✅ along with being a stay at home mom and homeschooling my kids, I am a former teacher and also am a birth doula !
✅ I have a twin sister, Katy that you may see at classes!
✅ I love the outdoors, gardening, art and of course fitness!

Come join us at class! I promise I’m not scary and won’t yell at you to move faster (well… I may only politely encourage it 😂)
