Vancouver International Soccer - VISF

Founded in 2008, VISF is an award winning soccer-football organization based in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Our work on-- and off the football fields supporting athletes from war torn countries has been featured by local, national, and international media.

Our past events and training programs attracted thousands of local and international participants.

Pending funding, our future events and programs will focus exclusively on soccer development programs. We will be posting detailed information about this exciting endeavour in the near future.

Our official website visf.ca is currently under construction and will be re launched in the near future!

Public Transportation
We encourage everyone to travel to the festival by transit. There are several buses that stop right by Empire Fields including:
- The 95 B-Line, 16, 4 buses from Downtown
- The 130 bus from Metrotown
- The 16 bus from 29th Avenue Station.

Parking
There are many pay parking lots and meters in the surrounding area. Please be sure to park in lots that allow for all day parking. The lots directly in front of the field adjacent to Hastings are limited to 3 hours.

Let's Keep it Green
This VISF is a zero-waste event. We ask that you help us keep our event green by bringing your own refillable water bottle and ensuring to dispose of all waste in the proper containers.

Show Up Early / Stay Late
There will be plenty to do all weekend! Games start at 10 AM and go on all day. We will have a beer and food garden, music, and other entertainment throughout the duration of the festival. We encourage you to come early before your game OR shift (if volunteering) or stay late and enjoy the festivities!
