🍁 RAD Fest 🍁

On this day back in 2019, we hosted our final Rider Appreciation Day, better known as RAD Fest, a festival built exclusively for Norco riders.

Every summer, at least two or three bike parks opened their gates for the event. Norco riders scored free lift tickets, we gave away more than $5,000 in prizes, and everyone came together for one reason, to ride. Big lines, endless laps, good friends, and great memories.

It wasn’t Lollapalooza, but it was our festival. A celebration of the riding community that made Norco what it is.

So here’s the question…

Who wants to see RAD Fest make a comeback?

Because some traditions are worth bringing back. 🍁

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a full-time Product Receiver, Buyer, and E-Commerce Fulfillment Coordinator to become a key part of our operation.

This role sits at the heart of our business, connecting our supply chain to the customer experience. You’ll manage purchasing, generate and submit purchase orders, receive product, maintain inventory accuracy, support click-and-collect orders, and ensure our online and in-store systems work seamlessly together.

Experience with Lightspeed is a major asset, and candidates with knowledge of Workstand (SmartEtailing), website management, or e-commerce platforms will stand out.

We’re looking for someone who brings:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the sports industry
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work independently while thriving as part of a team
• Post-secondary education
• A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences

This isn’t just another bike shop position. It’s a gateway opportunity into Norco Bicycles and Live To Play Sports Group Inc., with long-term career growth for the right person.

📍 Full-Time Position
🕙 Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
💰 Salary Range: $45,000–$55,000 plus company benefits

Compensation will reflect the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications.
