Commit to your diet over 85% in a week if you are overweight.
🔵Enjoy on food you like more often if you already have fit body(if you want)
🔵Do not train if you don't feel like doing it on the programmed sequence, just make sure it won't become a habit.

We've only worked 40 hours together to reach where he is today with hitting good numbers on his bench, deadlift and squat💪
He did not have any previous experience in weight training and now he is putting his all in, in the weight room and focuses on his diet at home. Im proud of him a lot❤️✨
