In this year we’ve co-created multiple offerings — our beloved retreat called Homecoming, and it’s sister workshop Return To Self — which have been described as “transformational”, “incredibly healing”, and “completely life-changing.”🦅

This portal is absolutely incredible, my loves☄️

We could just FEEL IT in the air leading up to today, as we welcome LIFE and LIGHT back after a cold, dark Winter.✨ The warmth in the air, the scents, the sounds… Such a visceral feeling. Full body chills!💫
This marriage of Spring Equinox🐇, the Sun entering Aries🌞, and this Libra (Super) Full Moon🌝 is about major breakthroughs.
*cue* The Doors’ “Break On Through (To The Otherside)”🎶

Now, picture the cycle of the seedling, journeying through the soil, it’s roots reaching deep to anchor itself for the next phase of growth.🌱 Out of the dark, damp soil, it pushes through the surface and - although a part of it’s natural cycle - it feels like a REBIRTH, an awakening to a new world, to new energies, and new possibilities.🌿

💫We are all connected by human experience💫
The more we realize this, the easier it is to relate and support one another along this journey.
(Psst a little secret: you don’t have to do it alone🤫)

One of the methods I facilitate in my offerings is partner work/mirror work.
During each subsequent debrief, there is one thing that is always mentioned: how remarkable it is to be sitting face-to-face with a (very likely) complete stranger and - in no time at all - recognize “how much we have in common.”
And they’re not talking about the surface fluff, here.
They’re talking about the juicy soul secrets they’ve never even dreamed of sharing with those closest to them, more or less someone they only just met.✨

When I observe these exercises, there is this overwhelming feeling I get of just pure… Hmm, I want to say interconnection, but it’s more holistic, more vast than a single word can encapsulate.
It’s almost this gift of witnessing two hearts and two souls meeting as who they truly are. No masks, no walls, no barriers, no fear… just compassion, kinship, and Love.💗

We are all connected by human experience. And remember that secret I told you?
You don’t have to do it alone.
Show up, allow yourself to be seen, and witness how that simple act can move mountains.
It’s pretty magical.

👑For me, every day is Women’s Day👑
However, I totally missed posting on the “official” International Women’s Day🤭
I’m not sure why, but I was at a loss for words on Friday, which happens sometimes when I feel something so deeply.
💫
I think a lot about how insanely lucky I feel to do the work that I do, to be trusted by so many women to truly see them — in all that they are — and guide and support them on their journey.
💫
I also think a lot about how grateful I am to be surrounded by a community of INCREDIBLE women I call my friends, who lift me and love me unconditionally, day in and day out.
My Queeeeens, my babes, who are just these absolute beacons of power, of light... these forces of nature, true gifts to the world, that are doing the fu***ng WORK.
💫
And then, on top of that, there’s my lineage of strong, independent, beautiful women who make me so honoured to be their blood. Whose open minds, open heart, and fearlessness amaze me constantly.
Like whaaaaat?! Life jackpot.

So yeah, to say the least, I was feeling all of the things on Friday. I kept trying to record videos and then just deleting them cause I was like, HOWWW can I express this in words?!

We still have a lot of work to do but things are moving, the outdated pillars of our patriarchal society are crumbling, and we are RISING.
To the men out there that are helping lift us, who are unlearning and upleveling and showing up as our active allies, I see you.
TOGETHER we can co-create this new paradigm🌎

Think of it as a quarterly review - a check in.
Yes, things may be happening around you that feel out of your control, but it’s how you RESPOND to those things that really illuminates the work you need to do.
