After 50, I’ve become more intentional about where I invest my time, energy, and attention. Not because I have all the answers, but because life has taught me what matters most.

Protecting my peace isn’t about avoiding challenges. It’s about making choices that align with who I am and how I want to live.

Which one resonates with you most?

The book may be finished, but the journey isn’t.

Over the next 90 days, I’ll be sharing personal stories, lessons learned, and reflections that have shaped who I am—as a mother, coach, and woman.

I’m calling this journey On Finding Flow. 🌿

I’d love for you to come along.

✨What season of life are you navigating right now?

06/19/2026

For years, I thought success meant working harder, achieving more, and constantly moving forward.

What I’ve learned is that burnout isn’t always caused by doing too much.

Sometimes it’s caused by moving in a direction that no longer fits who you’ve become.

When your actions, values, and priorities fall out of alignment, even success can feel unfulfilling.

Clarity often begins with a simple question:

Does the life I’m building actually reflect what matters most to me?

What is one area of your life you feel called to realign right now?

06/18/2026

1. What do I know to be true right now?

When we’re overwhelmed, we often focus on what we don’t know. Clarity begins by grounding ourselves in what is already true.

2. What am I assuming?

Many decisions are driven by assumptions, fears, or stories we’ve created. Challenge them before moving forward.

3. What matters most in this season?

Not everything deserves equal attention. When you identify what truly matters, your next step becomes easier to see.

Clarity rarely arrives as a lightning bolt.

More often, it emerges through reflection, awareness, and the willingness to pause long enough to listen.

What question would you add to this list?

We often wait for clarity before taking action.

But clarity doesn’t always come first.

Sometimes it comes from taking one step, asking a better question, creating quiet space, returning to what matters, focusing your energy, and trusting your inner compass.

You were never truly lost.

It finally arrived.

Holding the proof copy of The Inner Compass: Leadership Beyond Strategy in my hands feels both exciting and surreal.

Interestingly, writing the book was the easiest part. The real challenge came afterwards — cover decisions, formatting, layouts, and all the details that transform a manuscript into a book.

There is still some final review work ahead, but today I’m taking a moment to appreciate this milestone.

You were never truly lost. Sometimes we simply need to reconnect with our inner compass.

What project are you currently bringing to life?

06/06/2026

On Blue Moon night, I found myself by the water.

I didn’t catch a glimpse of the moon, but perhaps that wasn’t the point.

As the waves rolled against the shore and the last light faded beyond the horizon, I was reminded that not every meaningful moment arrives in the way we expect.

Sometimes we go looking for answers and discover stillness.

Sometimes we search for certainty and find perspective.

And sometimes the clarity we need isn’t found by pushing harder—it emerges when we create enough space to hear ourselves again.

The water didn’t rush.
It simply continued, one wave at a time.

A gentle reminder that growth, leadership, and life don’t always require force. Sometimes they ask us to trust our own inner compass.

A beautiful reminder that success isn’t only about achieving more.

Sometimes it’s about being present enough to enjoy the moments that matter.

I was honoured to attend Aritzia’s private opening event on opening day and bring my daughter along to experience it with me. We laughed, explored, connected, and created a memory I’ll carry with me long after the evening is over.

As I continue building my work around calm, confidence, and freedom, I’m reminded that meaningful experiences are just as important as meaningful accomplishments.

Thank you, , for the invitation and for creating such a beautiful and memorable afternoon.

✨ The moments we remember most are often the ones where we’re fully present.

👉 What is one experience you’ve shared with someone recently that brought you joy?

05/04/2026

The look of victory.

I’m incredibly proud of my daughter for running the 42.2 km marathon this morning.

It takes willingness, persistence, hard work, and commitment.
But more than that—it takes heart to keep going, even when it gets hard.

Not just a finish line…
but a reflection of who you’ve become along the way.

Already won.

✨ If this inspired you, save this for the days you need a reminder.
💛 Share it with someone you’re proud of.

The end of the month isn’t just for deadlines — it’s for reflection.

Many professionals move from one task to the next without pausing to notice their progress. But taking a moment to look back helps you build confidence, clarity, and momentum.

Ask yourself:
What did I accomplish this month?
What surprised me?
How did I grow?

Even small wins matter more than we think.
