Early in my career, I thought explaining the diagnosis clearly was enough.

It took me time to realize patients are also thinking about fear, cost, pain, and whether they trust you.

Great communication isnโ€™t about saying more. Itโ€™s about understanding what the patient is actually hearing.

Iโ€™ve made a lot of mistakes over 25+ years in dentistry.

Iโ€™ve hired the wrong people, made decisions I wouldnโ€™t make today, and learned plenty of lessons the hard way.

Now I want to share more of that journey, including what worked, what didnโ€™t, and what I wish I knew earlier.

A great career should support a great life.

Dentistry can demand a lot from you, and itโ€™s easy to get caught in the idea that working harder is always the answer.

But after 25+ years in practice, one thing Iโ€™ve learned is that success isnโ€™t just what happens inside the practice.

Make time for the things, people, and experiences that matter outside of it too. โ›ณ
