TEAM QUEENS ❤️

What is Team Queens?
A free community women’s hiking group that meets every Sunday. Times vary each week depending on the hike.

Who is it for?
All levels are welcome. Our hikes range from 5 to 10km, and we’re building up to more challenging hikes going into late spring and summer.
We are WOMEN focused, BUT you’re welcome to bring your partner, kids, parents, or friends. The more the merrier.

What we’re doing today
Quarry Rock in Deep Cove at 930am, followed by a post hike coffee where we sit, chat, and build real connections and sisterhood.

Why join?
The people you surround yourself with matter. Team Queens is about being around like minded women who want to grow, challenge themselves, and go after their goals. We’re big on mental health, getting outside, moving your body, and connecting weekly does wonders for your mind and body.

Think of Team Queens as your “spoonful of sugar” that helps you get in movement, fresh air, and sunshine each week. We keep each other accountable and show up. No excuses.

Over the last 5 years of personal training, I’ve done it all
Bootcamps, 1:1, group training, F45, online, hybrid, early morning run clubs

And through all of it, I kept feeling like something was missing

I’m so excited to finally share what I truly believe our community needs
