From my Sicilian Summer ☀️

Exploring a country means exploring its cuisine. 🍝
In Sicily, I savored arancini in Palermo and Catania (yes, they are different!), fresh fish in coastal towns, and the best gelato of my life in San Leone.
I planned my culinary stops like I planned my trip. I shared portions with my husband, asked vendors to taste before buying, and balanced indulgence with my core nutrition staples from local markets—butcher, baker, fresh produce.

It’s not about restriction. It’s about choosing wisely.

ONE WEEK DIFFERENCE
SAME WEIGHT, DIFFERENT LOOKS
The little details make such a big difference

(Post overdue, but I was traveling, sorry! )

This week, coach was all about keeping the bloat in check .

As women, we all deal with water retention depending on the time of the month, but a few simple things always help me feel better:

➸ Don’t stress over it, you are doing your best 😆 Thanks Ryan for being there for all my No moments
➸ Stick to carbs you know digest well (for me it was wraps, potatoes + my pancakes 😋—recipes are in Reels)
➸ No alcohol 🚫🍷(this shouldn't even be contemplated)
➸ Sleep as much as possible 🛌
➸ Take an epsom salt bath for extra recovery 🛁✨

The day of the photoshoot my waist was tight and I was getting tighter by the hour. Can't wait to see & share those one 😉
