Your back is made up of around 40 muscles, and training them is so important for strength, posture, shoulder stability, and overall function.

As we age, we naturally lose muscle and bone density. Strength training gives our bones a reason to stay strong. When our muscles work against resistance, they pull on our bones, encouraging them to adapt and maintain their strength.

It also helps build the muscle, balance and stability we need for everyday life…getting off the floor, carrying groceries, climbing stairs and catching ourselves if we trip.
