PROTEIN BUSTER PARFAIT

LIKE A TREAT. For your tastebuds, your digestion and your muscles.
Here’s another real food easy ingredients recipe that can support your goals.
Please make more or less of this however it suits you.
ING.
-175grams plain Greek yogurt
-splash of sweetener (torani SF simple syrup used in video)
-1 prepared serving of LUXURIOUS HIGH FIBER CHIA PUDDING(scroll down a few videos to find that recipe)
-100grams mixed frozen berries - thawed
-drizzle of chocolate syrup (or maple syrup or whipped cream)
-
1. Layer all ingredients in the order listed.
2. ENJOY.

Total Energy: 394kcal
Protein: 34g
Carb: 35g
Fiber: 19g
Fat: 11g

This one’s for my self-starters… Not everyone wants a coach in their pocket 24/7.

Some of you just want a solid plan… and to be left alone to execute it. Very much how I personally like things which is why I offer this “workouts only” membership- this is for the rest of the year,2026.

No mandatory check-ins.
No group calls.
No weekly accountability notifications hanging over your head.

Just dialed-in, progressive overload training you can run on your own schedule, because nobody wants to be trying to catch a coaching call in the middle of summer.

This is for the ones who already know their way around a gym or have their own equipment.
The ones who just want to ask me a quick form check or to change their program…

~LUXURIOUS~ HIGH FIBER CHIA PUDDING
so quick & easy you can make these while your coffee brews in your pajamas and bedhead like I do.
Lasts 4 days in the fridge. This is the recipe for ONE serving. Do the math for more.
INGR.
-1scoop ground psyllium/seed high fiber supplement.
-1T whole chia seeds
-2t cinnamon (or cocoa powder for chocolate flavor)
-1/2cup milk (use any milk you want, whatever your gut health handles best)
-optional add in a choc chips for texture (1/2T)
-stevia sweetener or syrup/honey/sugar
-fruit for topping (optional)
-
TO DO:
1. Into the container add everything listed above except the topping.
2.Stir, seal and refrigerate 3-4hrs
3. Add fruit topping (microwave frozen fruit if you want)

Body Recomp is my jam.
The Hardest part is the majority of people really take what the scale says to an emotional level. (Thanks for that over the 6 decades western society)
I have even had Clients who swore to me up and down that they don’t even care about the scale thy just want to feel healthy again… and then 3 weeks in they tell me that the scale hasn’t moved and they’re frustrated.
THIS IS WHY I SAY TAKE THE PICTURES. If you have blinders on looking at the scale you’ll miss the goal pants you can fit into. You’ll miss that new lean muscle flex in your triceps. You’ll miss the way you don’t grunt so much getting up off the toilet. 😉😉
March & April are body recomposition focussed - we are putting our heads down and getting back to work.
Get your strength training in, get your steps in, track your food. Rinse and repeat. In 8 weeks we will be leaner, faster, stronger. In 8 weeks where will you be?.
