It’s been a minute since I presented a new Mala, so I’m happy to showcase the Tandaga Mala that I designed with Dragon Vein Agate. These beads were so spectacular to work with and not only support our root chakra but are a lovely reminder that self-acceptance includes embracing both our dark and light sides.

We manifest growth and development wherever we direct our attention most. Practice isn’t about perfection. It’s about jumping in wholeheartedly to do the things that bring us peace and joy. Whether it’s riding a bike, painting, cooking, yoga, reading a book, or any activity that connects mind, body and spirit. You know those moments when you lose all sense of time.
What elevates that practice is consistency. Growth comes through regular practice and what that growth looks like is different for everyone. In yoga, one might seek grounding, spiritual development, relief from mental or physical pain, an hour of quiet in a chaotic day, greater ease in our body during daily life...the list of possibilities is endless and can be quite personal.
All together, this highlights my mantras for yoga and meditation, keeping an open mind, an open heart, aiming for consistency and finally, community. A personal yoga practice is extremely beneficial, but there is also something exceptional about practicing yoga with a group of like-minded people.
