Hi, I’m Shaylene!
Movement has always been a part of my life. I grew up playing sports and have always loved being active. After having my son, my relationship with movement shifted in a really meaningful way.
Recovering from a c-section gave me a new perspective and a deep appreciation for what my body can do. It became less about pushing, and more about respecting, rebuilding, and truly appreciating my body.
Running has also been a big part of my journey. I’ve always run on and off, but since 2020 it became something more — a way to clear my head and find space for myself. Since then, I’ve completed four half marathons and ran my first full marathon in October 2025!
This path also led me to community. I met Jenna while taking her stroller fitness class, and that experience played a huge role in inspiring me to create something of my own — a space where people can come together, move, and feel supported.
That’s exactly what you can expect from my classes.
A safe space.
No matter your reason for showing up or what stage of life you’re in, I know how intimidating and overwhelming fitness classes can feel. I never want anyone to feel out of place or nervous. My classes are designed to be welcoming, inclusive, and fun.
Music is a huge part of my class experience — it guides the workout, sets the tone, and brings the energy. The better the playlist, the better the vibe, the better the workout.
