What I eat in a day on a deficit - 2200 calories.😇 Ladies (and gents), it is 2025 and we are no longer starving ourselves to see results. 👏🏼

This isn’t what every day looks like, but it’s pretty close. Eating simply helps me stay on track, even on busy days. A few things to note here:
- every BODY is different. I am not suggesting you eat the same way/amount that I do. This is what works for me.
- eating whole foods with plenty of protein and fibre are key 🔑
- loosing weight doesn’t have to mean starving yourself or completely avoiding certain foods. I actually would recommend the opposite and encourage eating foods you enjoy! 🫶🏼
- a healthy diet is a diet that works for YOU & YOUR goals long term. Considering what is sustainable for your lifestyle is so crucial in determining long term success!! 🤗

PROTEIN SERIES PART V - SNACKS 😋

Quick & easy. That’s how we roll around here. There’s no need to complicate the snack game. Having quick protein on hand at all times is the best way to ditch mindless snacking or grabbing for higher calorie options when your goals are to be in a deficit.
