Congratulations to Brad Kerfoot on capturing the 2026 Spring Championship at Port Dover Golf Club 👏

After opening with a 2-under 69, Kerfoot fired a 4-under 67 in the final round to finish at 6-under par and send the event to a playoff with Ron Kenesky.

With the championship on the line, the two returned to the 18th hole, where Kerfoot rolled in a par putt to secure the title and add his name to the PGA of Ontario Spring Championship trophy 🏆

Rounds: 69 (-2), 67 (-4)
Total: 136 (-6)

Congratulations to Marcus Khaw, Brad Kerfoot, Daniel Kim, and Ryan Curran on being selected to represent the PGA of Ontario Inter-Zone team at the 2026 Assistants’ Championship of Canada 🍁

The championship takes place next week, May 25–28, at Bayview Golf & Country Club

With the event returning to Ontario for the first time since 2019, this is a great opportunity to come out and support!

The last Ontario professional to capture the PGA Assistants’ Championship of Canada title was Branson Ferrier in 2021 at The Winston Golf Club in Alberta.

Team Ontario’s last Inter-Zone victory came in 2015 — more than a decade ago. The 2015 Team consisted of Bill Walsh, Brian McCann, Nick Kenney and Keir Smith.

The Ontario Zone cleaned up the Winston Golf Club, with Brad Kerfoot claiming the overall event in 2015 as well.

Could this be the year the Inter-Zone title returns home?

We certainly like our chances, but no pressure, team.

The Inter-Zone competition will run concurrently through the first 36 holes of the championship. Each day, the lowest three of four individual 18-hole scores will count toward the team total.

E-Z-GO will play an active role throughout the 2026 season, supporting and activating at five PGA of Ontario Team Series events:

⛳️ G&G Brands Pro / Pro Team Series presented by Golf Away Tours: Monday, June 1 @ Cutten Fields

⛳️ Head Pro / Assistant Pro Team Series presented by Levelwear: Tuesday, June 30 @ TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley

⛳️ Sr. Pro / Jr. Pro Team Series: Monday, July 13 @ Bridgewater Country Club

⛳️ Mixed Team Series: Monday, July 20 @ The Briars Golf Club

⛳️ Galvin Green Fall Scramble Team Series: Monday, October 5 @ Angus Glen Golf Club

At each event, there will be a dedicated E-Z-GO hole, offering participants the opportunity to engage with their team and compete for a $250 Visa gift card via an on-course activation 💸
